Derek Graham was appointed as Interim CEO in May 2022 and was confirmed as the permanent CEO in January 2023. He joined our company in July 2003 as Lead Engineer for Conferencing Cameras. In 2004, he was promoted to Engineering Operations Manager. In 2006, he was promoted to Director of Research and Development. In 2007, he was promoted to Sr. Director of Research and Development. In 2009, he was promoted to Vice President of Research and Development. In 2011, he was promoted to Sr. Vice President of Research and Development. In those prior roles, Derek was responsible for funding, staffing, and execution of parallel engineering programs that resulted in successful development of professionally installed audio and video conferencing, video streaming, wireless microphone, digital signage, and camera products. Derek is a named inventor on 13 patents. Prior to joining ClearOne, Derek held engineering and management positions at Intel Corporation in the areas of audio conferencing and telephony technologies. Mr. Graham earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, with highest honors, and a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Ms. Jayashree Raghunathan was appointed as Interim Chief Financial Officer on February 27, 2024. She joined our company as a Senior Manager in July 2018 and later assumed the position of Company Controller in October 2019. In addition, she has been responsible for ClearOne Innovation India Pvt Ltd (a subsidiary of ClearOne Inc). A seasoned Chartered Accountant in India since 1996, Ms. Jayashree Raghunathan, aged 53, brings with her over two decades of extensive experience encompassing accounting, finance, audit, and treasury functions. Prior to joining ClearOne, she held managerial roles in a prominent manufacturing organization, specializing in Treasury, Accounting, and Audit.
