Chief Executive Officer
Derek Graham

Derek Graham was appointed as Interim CEO in May 2022 and was confirmed as the permanent CEO in January 2023. He joined our company in July 2003 as Lead Engineer for Conferencing Cameras. In 2004, he was promoted to Engineering Operations Manager. In 2006, he was promoted to Director of Research and Development. In 2007, he was promoted to Sr. Director of Research and Development. In 2009, he was promoted to Vice President of Research and Development. In 2011, he was promoted to Sr. Vice President of Research and Development. In those prior roles, Derek was responsible for funding, staffing, and execution of parallel engineering programs that resulted in successful development of professionally installed audio and video conferencing, video streaming, wireless microphone, digital signage, and camera products. Derek is a named inventor on 13 patents. Prior to joining ClearOne, Derek held engineering and management positions at Intel Corporation in the areas of audio conferencing and telephony technologies. Mr. Graham earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, with highest honors, and a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Chief Financial Officer
Simon
Simon Brewer, CPA, CGMA, was appointed Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") in April 2024. With over 20 years of senior financial leadership, Mr. Brewer most recently served as CFO and COO at Operation Underground Railroad, Inc. from 2021, where he significantly scaled organizational operations and finance. Prior to this, he was CFO at Predictive Technology Group, Inc. from 2018 to 2021, steering the company through pivotal growth phases. A Certified Public Accountant since 2006 and a Chartered Global Management Accountant since 2012, Mr. Brewer holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Utah. His comprehensive expertise spans across Accounting, Finance, IT, HR, and strategic operations, emphasizing his robust capability in managing complex financial landscapes and organizational leadership.
