SALT LAKE CITY, Feb. 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- ClearOne (NASDAQ: CLRO) today announced it has appointed video conferencing veteran David Moss as Vice President of Sales, Video Collaboration Products & Services.
Reporting directly to Zee Hakimoglu, Chairman and CEO of ClearOne, Moss will be responsible for the strategic positioning of the company's on-premise and cloud-based video collaboration solutions. The portfolio includes video collaboration as a service model (SaaS) through the recently announced acquisition of Spontania and the COLLABORATE® portfolio of mobile and desktop applications, room systems, infrastructure and management solutions.

Moss has been involved in the visual communications market since the late 1990s. Prior to joining ClearOne he held senior leadership roles at Cisco, Siemens, VCON, and Tely Labs. Moss received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech Communications from State College of New Jersey.
