On September 15, 2015, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office ("USPTO") issued United States Patent number 9,137,035 entitled Legacy Converter and Controller for an Audio Video Distribution System. The '035 patent relates to converting analog or digital audio into a streaming data format for distribution on an IP network and also covers control of the source device using a web browser.
To date, ClearOne has been awarded 64 patents and has an additional 36 patents in application covering innovations in the areas of audio and video processing, audio and video streaming, and communication technologies.
